Our goal is to register enough PolyCampers to have all meals cooked and provided by camp staff. (Though, we will do the dishes ourselves.) We need close to 100 campers to make this happen.
If we don’t get enough people registered, the cost of the food will still be covered. However, we will prepare the food ourselves and each person will be asked to prepare one meal as part of a team.
Either way, meals will be served buffet-style with multiple options.
HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF THE FOOD THE CAMP STAFF WILL PREPARE FOR US. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A VEGETARIAN OPTION, A GLUTEN FREE OPTION, AND A LACTOSE FREE OPTION. WE CAN CATER TO SOME OTHER DIETARY NEEDS. PLEASE LIST THEM ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.
Fresh fruit, juice, milk, hot cocoa, yogurt, toast & cold cereal bar.
Daily Breakfast Samplings:
Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast patty melts, french toast, omelettes, bagel bar, camp-made muffins.
Pasta Bar, salad / sandwich bar, vegetables, PB& J station, iced tea, lemonade, fresh fruit.
Daily Lunch Samplings:
Grilled panini, chicken nuggets, meatball submarine, quesadillas, hamburgers/hot dogs, bbq chicken sandwich, deli sandwich/wrap bar.
Pasta bar, camp-made bread or rolls, salad bar, bug juice, PB&J station, vegetables, and fresh fruit salad.
Daily Dinner Samplings:
Italian dinner, Mexican fiesta, Backyard BBQ, Chinese, Thanksgiving style dinner, or pizza party.
Dessert: Camp-made Pie, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Muffins, Cupcakes, Brownies.
There will be NO alcohol provided. You may BYOB and consume moderately, please. Our top priority is everyone’s safety and leaving the camp in excellent condition at the end of our event!
